Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 5 business days from dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee, with delivery typically within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer than the estimated time frames.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $9.95 or free for orders over $80.00.
  • Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Restrictions

  • CAMO currently ships within Australia only.
  • If you wish to receive shipments overseas, please contact us through Email, Phone, or DM us through social channels.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery time, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, courier disruptions, or high demand. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us through info@camoau.store.

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but due to the nature of our products, we have a strict returns policy to ensure fairness and quality.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or defective upon receipt.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify.
